Hallo everyone,

If a person worked 30 months in germany, how much % of his salary will he get once arbeitlos. If the employer terminates, can he get arbeitlosgeld from the following month.

Not sure but it depends on kids anyway.
Maybe 60-70%.
He can get the money from the first day but he must sich anmelden on the Arb. Amt the day after he gets kick in the ass. Not the day after he stops working but the day when he gets kündigung.

60% if you're with Steuerklasse I (single), 67% in case you're with Steuerklasse III (married *and* partner registered in Germany *and* partner having Steuerklasse V).
