I have been offered with internship from a company in Germany. There is no problem in getting the training/internship visa. But the company wants to provide me full time job after training. So I m concerned about the employment visa after this training visa. My question is if the training visa can be extended to work visa. And also I found for blue card the minimum salary must be 38000 per annum for which I guess the company may hesitate... pls come out with solutions.
