Hello All,

I recently had an interview at one of the firms (Post: software Engineer) and they have called me for next round "Look and see day". I am supposed to go for one entire day to the firm. But am clueless what is it going to be like.. Will their be interviews or programming tests .. If any1 has any idea or has gone thru same process please let me what exactly should i be prepared for.
