Validity of e-copy of a contract
Answer

Hello Friends,
I have signed a job contract with a company and sent scanned copy per email. I have not sent the original yet. I have got a better offer now from another company.
Do I have a chance to withdraw the contract with the first company, since I have not sent only the e-copy of the contract, not the original ? Or, scanned copy of the contract has the same validity as the original ?

Thanks.

Yes, it is valid i guess, since you signed the document and sent a scanned copy and through your e-mail. Speak with the company and explain that you have a better offer and cannot fulfill the contract. They would be happy to let you go, instead of paying you a month's salary for nothing.
