Starting a company - Dual Taxation issues

Toggle
Hi,

I am currently working for a German company and my visa is limited to only this company.

My question is that if I start a web 2.0 company whose servers are in USA then do I need to pay any taxes in Germany.

Similarly, if I develop iPhone applications and sell them on app store then do I need to pay any taxes in Germany.

I am not a German national, only working here; so how would taxation work if my assets in some other country are generating any income.

You will have to declare these revenues and thus get taxed on them, more if the revenues are coming back to you here.
