Hello everyone,

I have started this thread as a New one coz the one which already exist is in resolved status and there was no reply on the queries on the posts created by Midhun.

My Query is:

My wife has left to home country (India) because of pregnancy in nov 2015 and we have not applied for the VISA for baby yet.

My wife would be completing more than 180 days stay outside Germany as the baby is due in April.
what visa should we need to apply for the baby and whats the process. Could it be applied from in here as I am still in germany.

Also do i need to go and collect anything from the ABD office on behalf of my wife for here entry as she would be entering after 180 day.

In this case what are the documenst I need to collect from the ABD

I would like to get some suggestions and share some experience which someone has come across.
