does anybody know about any good makler in München? i am searching a 2 Zimmer Wohnung in München starting from 01/15.09.05.

Which area in München? Rent budget?

It can be anywhere in 5- 15KM surrounding. I mean middle of the city should be reachable in 10 to 20 Minutes with U-Bahn/S-Bahn. The area should have good Einkaufmöglichkeiten (shopping possibilities).
Do you have any info / contact nos regarding this? thanks in advance -

Why do you need Makler? They are too expensive!

You could try to do what I did (also in München): search the Immobilien sites like: http://www.immobilienscout24.de/ or http://www.ohneprovision.de/ and collect phone/fax numbers or emails of Hausverwaltung companies. Then contact them - they usually have many offers to you, and (in the most cases) are provisionfrei.

thanks for your usefull information and links. Your suggestion is quite sensible. I talked to Germans who said in Muenchen its very difficult to find a Wohnung thats why i thought to go for Makler. But they r quite expensive as u said.

What are your contact details? I am vacating my apartment. We can talk to the Makler and negotiate, as I had paid him two months fees last year. The Rent for the apartment is 590 Kalt+150 NK+ 50 TG. It is 62 qm.

Just had experience with:

The whole procedure was quick and fair. Of course you have to pay provision.

Beside that, you can try immoscout.de, sued deutsche zeitung, quoka.de (they have newspaper that comes out fridays and tuesdays I think, the name is Kürz und Fündig)

If you try the Makler, ask for Frau Constantinidou, you can say that you talked with Vladimir ;)

thanks for the usefull information. I am not Muenchen but would shift in sept. I would first try to find a flat without provision (if luck will be with me -) and if it would not work, i will take agents help.
