Hi ,
I am a mother in Elternzeit for three years.
The company i worked for is entering into insolvency.
I have a public insurance.

The technicality write up of rmy situation is as follows as received from the Lawyer of Insolvency -
You are currently due to parental leave under a special protection against dismissal in accordance with § 18 para 1 sentence 1 Federal parental leave and parental time-law (BEEG). By letter dated 2.6.2010, the liquidator at the district government of Cologne according to § 18 para 1 sentence 3 BEEG is to approve the regular operational termination of existing employment relationship with you is requested. As soon as the insolvency of the present regulatory approval notice, you will be issued to a regular termination - in compliance with the contractual / legal notice -.

What will be my status with respect to this scenario.

1, Will i have to register myself as unemployed.
2, Will my insurance be taken care. As my husband has a private insurance.
