I am from Delhi(India) and having 2 year of experience in Software Development .My husband is going Germany from his company .If I will go with my own work permit there ,then what are Job Opporunities for me in Software Development field ?I am also having SCJP,SCWCD,SCBCD certifications with me .
If anybody from Germany having information regarding this then please let me know

You have to find a company first that sponsors your work permit. Dont worry about finding a job. With 2 yrs exp and few certification it is easy to find a job here.

You should be able to get a decent junior position but an advice I could give you will be to start doing some German courses in the meantime, Germany is no more like it was back in the days when being an IT was sufficient to get a job, German is a big plus now and it's not really easy to find a job where your English will be a reason enough to get you on board.
But as raj said, you will have to find a company to sponsor you for that; the best thing could be to come first on a family reunion visa and then being here, search for a job and if you get one, ask the employer to make the process of getting you a work permit. But then, you have to convince the employer good enough because normally, on a family reunion visa, as your husband is just coming, it is 95% sure that your visa won't allow you to work.

Very true.
Theoretically its possible to get a work permit for spouse when his/her spouse has got a NE/NE-DG. But on the other hand the authorities will order a Integrationkurs to do first and may defy the work permit for an year.

I am from Delhi(India) and having 5 years of work experience in IT.My husband is going Germany after getting an offer from a German company. I have done MCA after completing my graduation B.Sc in Chemistry. Now i want to know 1)whether it is mandatory to get an A1 certificate in German before filing a family reunion visa for me? If so, then whether the process would start after the completion of my A1 certification and after he gets his visa?
2)My nest quesry is that whether I would be eligible to find a job over there if I go there with spouse visa/ family reunion visa?

Please answer my doubts ASAP.

The following applicants are exempted from this requirementA1 certificate)
1) Spouses of refugees, guest scientists, visiting scholars and highly qualified specialists holding an
unlimited residence permit according to § 19 AufenthG (“Niederlassungserlaubnis”).
2) Spouses of citizens of the European Union, Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, Republic of Korea, New
Zealand and USA. Please be advised that spouses of German Citizens are not exempted.
3) Spouses of citizens who live in Germany on a temporary basis only. It is supposed that theses couples
have a minor need for integration into German society due to their temporary stay in Germany.
4) Spouses who are physically or mentally handicapped or a suffering from any other mental disease or
handicap.
5) Spouses holding an academic degree of a well known, internationally recognized university themselves.

If you can provide any one supporting document for the above you will be exempted, if not its better to start the course as soon as possible so that both your visas get processed at the same time.
First 3 months you cant work, then when you go to renew your visa, express your interest to work, hopefully you could get permit. As soon as you come here start searching for jobs.
