Hello,

I'm working for more than 4 years, as a GC holder. I heard it's possible, with the new immigration law, to change the visa status from "selbstaendige erwerstaetigkeit...nicht gestattet", to "Erwerbstaetigkeit im IT-Bereich gestattet". Does anyone know what do I need to do, in order to get this change, and what documents are required?

If I understand correctly, this change would even allow starting my own company, before getting a full residence permit, right?

why "Erwerbstaetigkeit im IT-Bereich gestattet" ? (does not make sense to me)

"Beschäftigung erlaubt"
or
"Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet"
would be better.
