I am in need of someone who can give me advice related to arbeitsrecht in Munich. Detailed info given below. 

I started working for a start-up (in total 3 employees including me and founder) in Munich, from November 2015 and it was a one year work contract with six month probezeit with one month notice from either side in this first six months. He gave the salary for the Month of November 2015 and was postponing the salary of December 2015 stating he is in trouble and wait for some time so that he will arrange somehow. By the mid of January 2016, he got to know that the potential investors are not interested in investing in the company. Then he told verbally, he will give me the salary for the month of December and January and can't do anything more as he himself don't have money. I understood his problem and told it's fine, even though he informed me in a short period of time. Then days passed in February and he was telling he is trying and trying to get the money for my two month salary. Now this week he wrote me a mail that he is still trying to get the money and if he succeed he will pay, if not sorry. Then I called him for more details and he was saying the same and told if he dissolve the company no one will get nothing. Without a salary for two months in Munich, now I am left with nothing to survive here. Any advice or legal help to resolve the issue will be a great help.
