I have completed my master studies in Germany and recently signed a contract with a company in münchen. I have few questions regarding work visa.

1….I am recently living in different city. Should I process my arbeitserlaubnis through my local Ausländerbehörde and Arbeitsamt or I must arrange my ammeldung to münichen first and process case there.

2….Would it be compulsory to have immediate anmeldung in müchen immediately?

3….I have downloaded a form “formblattauslaenderbeschaeftigung” from internet (three pages pdf). Is it a right one, I should give it to my company now?. Is there any other paper to fill?

4….As company wants me to start quite early and arbeitserlaubnis takes some time. Can I start working while arbeitserlaubnis in possess? (in case company is agreed).

5….My student visa is going to expire in two weeks. Which visa I should get mean while (as time is required in arbeitserlaubnis) ?. Can I get work visa now ?. Are Work visa and arbeitserlaubnis independent things?
