Citizenship Naturalisation in Germany

Currently I am living in Köln since 11.2009 and along with my family. Working in Hamburg city. I have Niederlassungserlaubnis since 2015. My first 36 months of stay in Germany is on expact visa (i.e, deputation period) and no "Renteversiecherung" paid either by my company or self.

Will those 36 months are legal stay in Germany if I will apply German Citizenship? I have also completed Integration course and have language certificate. Please let me know If I am eligible to apply Citizenship.

Appreciate your suggestions/answers in advance.
