Hi all,

I just moved to Germany and I need to supply an employer with a General Health check-up certificate.
Does anyone know of major netoworks that have such relevant clinics? Ideally ones with many clinics across the country as I am now in Bavaria, but require the documents for an employer in Cologne.
In parallel to this, are there any sports clinics of the same kind (this is needed for leisure, so this is far less important).

And I don't speak German yet... So please answer in English...
