Hello,

I have Indian Origin and live in Berlin . I am German Passport holder.
I have married in Dec. 2004 in India and applied a Spouse Visa for my wife in Jan 2005. The German embassy in Delhi had sent the documents to local office (Ausländerbehörde) in Berlin. After 3 months my wife has got the letter from Embassy that she has to submit 15000 Rs to verify the Indian Documents which will be done by local agency in India. It should take another 3 months.

Does somebody have the similar experience? Could you give me some important tips/hints.
