Companies usually don't care about you visa, they assume that you have the necessary permits to stay in Germany. From their point of view it shouldn't affect your chances.

However foreigner's offices are harsh to people who come to Germany for studying and then not finishing and looking for a job. I'd finish my master's first if I were you, then you can also get 18 months job search visa after your masters. If you really cannot finish then I'm not sure, maybe someone else can help you.
