My question is that if 

1. I have a job 
2. I have an apartment on my name
3. I have a B2 level Goethe Certificate and Naturalisation test (completed)
4. Currently living in Germany since 6 years 3 months
5. Possessing a visa on EU family member basis issued in Germnay (valid till Aug 2018)

Do I qualify then for German naturalisation ?

Hi,

Looks like yes you are eligible. I was at the Einbürgerungsamt and they are ready to take my application in 6 years but I dont have B2 Certificate (I have B1 from telc). He is saying that I must provide that in order to apply in this category - Besonderes Integrationsleistungen. I am not sure why now B2 is required as previously it was B1. Any clue?
