Dear All,

I have got today some question. Iam an existing BLUE CARD HOLDER, now I am about to receive my Niederlassungerlaubnis(NE) mit hochqualifiziert category and also I am getting job offer from Netherlands. 

My question is
1. whether this NE is also valid in Netherlands?  It means, if I go to netherlands, will they offer me permanent resident permit directly ?

2. If not, I have to get new resident permit for netherlands and wait for 5 years to get permanent resident permit from netherlands.

Looking for some experts suggestion
