According the new LAW, ist there some paragraph where is saying that after 4 years residence or 3 years job in DE, an (GC-like me) can have BE for any kind of job i.e aufenthalt without any 'beschrankungen'?!

if you mean Erlaubnis for selbstständige Arbeit, NoBody got it.
it is Auflage "Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet"

Law says that they must give:
"Beschäftigung erlaubt" (Be), but not Eg.

They have to give Eg only if you invest 1 milion € and provide job for 10 people.

I was thinking about this 'stick' next to 'aufenthalt' that is saying 'nür gultig für arbeit als IT fach kraft'.
Simply to have visum without that.
I know after NE, but before that....
Is there any LAW that may be, is giving that kind of right.

we wrotte BMI abot that and you send letter to BMI and received the answer.

In this letter they say, only for work as IT....or maybe I have all mess.
I was thinking...
I quit the job as IT tomorrow and search job as kaufman and Arbeitsamt do not make any check (as it is written from BMI) and the Beamter give me new visa for any kind of job.

In BMI letter is written:

"Soweit jedoch eine andere Beschäftigung als im Bereich der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie erfolgt ist eine erneute Zustimmung erforderlich, wenn nicht bereits eine Zustimmung nach §9 Abs. 1 Beschäftigungsverfahrensverordnung erteilt wurde."


So they say that anything out of IT should be checked by AA.
But not if you have allready got "Be".

In another words it is better to ask for "Be" before job wechsel because it is possible that if you ask only for WP, AA will probably do AMC and if you pass, you will get WP binded to firma. Theoretically it should not happend but it happends because if you do not ask Be explicitly and mention §9.1 nobody will look at that §.

So...
There is no problem to have that or?!

Afcourse if they make problems I go again to BMI!

I was thinking that this is only valid in field for IT work.
I will take this mail from BMI and will go to change my visum right away.

I think "BE erlaubt" and removal of the limitations are nearly must for people who filled the conditions like working 3 years or 'existing' 4 years in Germany.
