Hi All,
I know this question has been asked lots of time...but want to know exactly your experience in Ausländerbehörde in München.

I have a Greencard which expires in October 2005. I want to get the "Niederlassungserlaubnis". My company has said that it is ready to extend my contract and sign the NE form. Now I want to go on vacation from Mid October.

Do you think I can go to the Ausländerbehörde in München and start the NE process already?
Or do I get a BE and then apply for NE?
