Definition of Specialist or Managerial position

Hello All.

I just read that one of the criteria for getting PR is being a Specialist or at a Managerial position with several years of experience. In this case U get PR straight away and U dont have to wait to complete full 5 years.

Does anyone know the definition of Specialist in here ? ( Is it someone who has a Nobel Prize or ?? )

At some point this year, I read somewhere it would very easy for Big German companies to get PR for their employees as compared to smaller companies. Does this aspect have any sayin the new Immigration law ?
