If i leave the company let's say in May 2005, but still getting the money from company because i work from my company because i work for them in my home coutry, am i in 2005 still taxable for DE?

AFAIK, all income in Germany is taxable, unless there is a double taxation agreement with the country you are currently residing in. De-register and get and get your salary paid to an account in your home country. cheers, -a
