Spouse visa: German certificate from inlingua

Hello,

I recently got married has to apply for spouse visa. I just want to know if a German A1 certificate issed by inlingua, bangalore be accepted by German consulate as a valid language proficiency certificate?

I wrote them regarding the same issue, but never got a reply from German consulate bangalore or vfs bangalore.

Also, is there a way to skip marriage certificate verification? If not, can I only submit marriage certificate to consulate for verification which will save lot of time while apply for visa as my wife is yet to get a language proficiency certificate.
