I would like to know company also need extension like visa extension? If visa gets extension then one has to go to some official people to extend einzelunternehme* registration. Or its auto extended? Wenn Ja, sie enthält folgende Auflagen oder Beschränkungen datum 20.08.2015 So Just let me know should I need to go any where for registration extension or its automatic. My visa already extended this month. Regards

If your visa expired, your permission to run the company is also expried. You need to extend your visa and everything is fine. If you show us a part of the visa text, you should show everything. Which 'Auflagen oder Beschränkungen' ?
