Marriage Certificate from India

Dear Friends,

I am in a different situation ... I am going to get married on 18th January in Bhopal (MP). My wife is indian and studying here in Germany. So she already has a residence permit. I am putting up this topic again, as i want marriage certificate only for the TAX class. My wife is not going to change the name on her passport after marriage.

As I understand from the other topics, i need following

1. Marriage Certificate from Local Authority , with signature of the SDM .
2. Do i need to go to Patiyala House for the attestation from external ministry.
3. Do i need to translate the certificate in German.
4. Do i need to endorse my name on her passport or vice versa.

I will be really thankful to if i get any help in this regard.
