Dear All

request your help on this topic. I have submitted my Visa application for a deputation with a partner firm in Germany (my current firm and this comapny have been working together for almost 5 years now). any idea on how soon i can get the employment visa/ work permit. I ask this because i am supposed to start in Germany on Sept 1 and not sure of the timelines here

Without knowing your submission date, it’s very hard to comment. Even if someone says, you should/shall get in X-Y weeks then its void. Because it all depends case to case and how well you/your employer have handed over the required papers.

Ideal time is anything between 6 and 8 weeks and could be longer sometime.

It shouldn't take more than 4-6 weeks I think
