Hi,

As per my understanding 66000 EUR per anum is PR criteria. My salary is little bit less to this say 1500 less.

can I go for mini job and there salary will be counted for PR?

means 64500 + 2000 (Mini job salary) => my total salary will be approx => 66500 per anum

Whether I will be eligible for PR?

I do not think so because minimum salary is needed in a specialist position only. Auslanderbehorde is very strict.

Hi everyone,

i just got an employment contract from a german firm with an annual salary over 66000 euro and i will be residing in Frankfurt for that matter, as far as i know FRA ABH are somehow softer and less stringent with skilled foreigners compared to others.

Moreover, please note i have lived, studied and worked in Germany for almost 5 years before leaving it for around 6 years to work abroad, thus my german language knowledge is very good.

Given the above facts how quickly can i obtain the NE? given no probation period whatsoever is required and my vertrag is unbefristet.

( would i get it in 3-6 months range?)
