First contract of work with companies is normally 6 months
in Germany.Its called "Probearbeit".
My wife is working as programmer in a company , her 6th month
of probearbeit is started.
Can anybody let me know when the company will inform her about
the next contract ? At the end of 6th month ?Start or middle
of the month?
Or if they dont want her to give new contract of work when
they will inform her? Will they give "kündigung" or ????

Hi,

My experience is, I have received one unlimited contract but the first 6 months is to "Probezeit". in this period the company can fire you with a 2 weeks notice. After this period, the contract take full effectiveness and the company must observe a 2 months notice before kick you out.
