Hi,

visit the Anabin website and search for your degree.

Bachelor of science is listed here:

http://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/hochschulabschluesse.html

Click on 'Suche' (Search) Find it on page 2. Print the list and show it to the foreigner office case worker (or your future empoyer).

When you click on the + sign, you get more information about your individual degree. Usually it is enough when it is just listed. In some cases it might depend on the quality of analogy.

AFAIK 3 year BSc degrees (as well as 3 year BA degrees and BComm degrees) from India are not considered equivalent to German bachelor's degrees and, therefore, applicants with only a bachelor's degree from India are not eligible for a Blue Card (although I have heard that a few have received Blue Cards in error). 

Has the ZAB recently re-evaluated Indian degrees? According to the info currently available in anabin, a 3 year BSc from India is still listed as being only "bedingt vergleichbar".
