Dear Friends

I am Koushik Sivasubramaniam, a 22 year old young automotive engineering graduate from India.I finished my undergraduation in April 2014.

I intend to move to Germany and settle there as my career interest is to work in Motorsport Engineering industry for which there is no scope in my country.

So I started hunting for jobs in Germany and I was contacted by a potential employer in the month of November 2014. After three rounds of interview, finally my employer based in Frankfurt has offered me a job.The interview splitup is as follows

Round 1 - Novemeber 2014 - Through Skype
Round 2 - March 2015 - Through Skype
Final Round - April 2015 - Interview in person at the company in Frankfurt.

Let me putforth some important points

1. My employer has been searching for suitable candidates from September 2013 and finally he got me.
2. The job has not been published on Federal Employment Agency's official job portal - Jobborse.
3. My employer has no previous experience in recruiting a third country national.
4. As per my job offer I earn atleast 37,752 Euros/Year in STEM profession.
5. Working hours - 40 Hours/Week
6. Number of holidays per year - 25
7. My Bachelor's degree is equivalent to Diplomgrad (FH) with a status A4 as mentioned on Anabin Database.
8. The university from where I hold a Bachelor's degree has a H+ status on Anabin Database.
9. The employment contract is for four years after which I have plans to do my masters in Germany itself.

Now fears and queries are as follows :

A. As I have  less experience that too as a freelancer and I do not posses a Master's degree , will it be a threat to my application ?

B. What if during the ZAV priority check they find many suitable candidates and rejects my application outright? Can my employer strengthen my application by attaching an additional document along with
''Stellenbeschreibung'' in which he states "Strong reasons for recruiting me''.

C. Whilst applying at the German Consulate in India, what is the step by step procedure for requesting a ZAV Pre Approval as my employer has no idea on how to do this ?

D. Do we have to also submit Vorabprufung ?

I am eagerly looking forward for some helpful answers.I also welcome any other valuable suggestions.

Koushik Sivasubramaniam
