Please let me know about permenant Residence.

I was working in Germany Feb-2011 to Feb 2012 (1 year) & there was no blue card that time & had work permit & employment visa. annual salary was 44765 Euros (2011-2012 year)

I moved to my home country & come back to Germany with permenant position in new company Germany.

Now, I am working from Dec-2013 to till date. annual salary was 4000 Euros brutto per month (Dec-2013 to May 2015 year)

For Permenant Residence earlier period stayed will be considered?

If I include earlier then it become 30 months & otherwise it become 18 months.

When, I can apply for Permenant Residence with B1 german course & without german course?

Hi p_berlin,

If you continue with the same salary then in 21 months with B1 certificate you will get PR, or 33 months with A1 Certificate you will get PR.

Kindly also check with your Forigen Office.
