I just enter germany on dependent pass, and I have to contact with local alien authority to covert 90 days visa to long term.

What is the procedure, and what document required
Do I need to make appointment early or just go randomly
There is any other documents required.

Simple google search would have helped you at first place. In addition, the questions you have asked been answered million times in trust7 too. Without knowing your city or place, how can someone explain you all procedure??? Please do little homework before you post something this sort of.

General answers to your questions:

1. Passport, Rental agreement, your/spouse's pay slips (3 months), health insurance details, marriage certificate, photograph and filled application
2. With an appointment for sure
