NoBody is in Berlin,
but I think you got something wrong.
In Bayern old AE Inhabers do not need 60 Renten.
There is nothing in this pdf that says against it. This pdf is not a law. It is only description from few §.
§104 von AufenthG says that those who got AE before 2005 do not need 60 Renten, and that goes for Bayern also.
It is not mentioned there because this pdf is just a explanation from few §§ not whole law.

So my watch stays.

Btw now I see why Beamter haben keine Ahnung.
Because they get those short pdfs and they never read real law. And those pdfs a missing more than a half.

Yo,

an advice should be to take all the things which concern us, print them, with URL references and carry them with you when you go there (remember that I'm still waiting for my Notebook :-)) so as soon as someone tries to get on your nerves, just pull them out and show them in the face.
This will confront their truth with ours, which is completely law-based.

If it is written in law, then pay xxx euro to lawyer, have your peace and let him do this for you. I had some problems with car insurance, and believe it is much easier and faster if you get it done via lawyer. Except one is very enthusiatic... :-)

Why is date important?

Date is between ZuwG and BeschV.
But even ZuwG is not completely taken into account there.

Thanks for the advice, I think this is a very good idea, but can some body summarize which documents to print and which paragraphs to highlight concerning us as GCs.
It will be really helpful specially for those like me who don't know German.
