Query on family Visit visa rules and procedures

Hi All
We are expecting a baby in the month of August 2015 and we are planning for baby delivery here in Germany. Since, we need some help during the delivery time, hence, I am thinking of calling my sister and mother in law from Jun-Aug and then my parents from Sep-Nov.

My questions are -

1. Will it be an issue if I apply for these many Schengen visit visa simultaneously?

2. Also, I will apply for my parents Schengen visa some time in June-July, when probably my sister and mother in law would have been already staying with me in Germany. Will this also be okay?
Please help me above queries.
