i have applied for spouse visa on 21 Jan 2015 at german consulate
karachi...my husband is a blue card holder currently in hamburg...The
documents that i have submitted are:

1.cnic copy,
2.Original Passport with copy,
3.Nikah Nama Copy in urdu and English,
4. Birth Certificate copy in urdu and english,
5.Marriage Registration Certificate copy,
6.Visa Application Form,
7.Husband's blue card copy,
8.Husband's passport copy with entry and exit stamps,
9.House Agreement copy,
10.Job contract,
11.certificate of residence copy,
12.Applicant's declaration form,
13.Security questionire,
14.visa fees,
15.Document verification fees
16.family member and marriage wittness's contact details
15.Another
form provided by the lady at the consulate asking details about my
details,my spouse's details,our family member details with 4
references(non-relatives)

now i dont know how much time will it
take in the processing as i have provided everything required....the
lady told me they will let me kno when the visa will be issued...

The processing time varies a lot ! But mostly it depends on when they will contact you for marriage verification process. Once they verified your marriage then it will not take more than 4-6 weeks.

I would say that you need to keep in mind that it can be anytime between 2 to 6 months !

so after they contact me for marriage verification it will take 4-6weeks more?

Yes, because they send the report in Germany and then ask for a permission from Germany (where they will check your husband's documents like apartment details, and other things). Then finally they call you for collection.

Still exceptions are possible: If you are lucky enough everything can finish earlier as well

today i called my local consulate at karachi to inquire about my status...the lady said it has been sent to germany and they will call my husband there..my husband will go to foreigner's office tomor...but i dnt kno how much time will it take for them to grant me visa...
