All,
I have a different situation. Need your help to resolve it. I have Blue Card valid for 4 years and currently working in Germany . My employer has offered me a role which requires my presence in India. Since I am native Indian they have advantage with this offer. However, I am now confused how this will effect my blue card and future residence prospects in Germany. My employer and I wish to keep my Blue Card intact. Does anyone have faced this situation. What are the pros n cons for this offer. Please throw some light here. I am really looking forward for some answers. Thanks all.
