Dear All,
I am a Non-EU, living in France with my wife and a daughter. We are moving to Hamburg, Germany as I have recently got a new job offer. We have also recieved the visa in the blue card category. The visa is issued for 90 days and We need to apply for the blue card after arriving in Hamburg.

I need help to know what are the administrative steps (such as resident registration, application for blue card etc) to be done after arriving in Germany. It would be a great help if someone can list (or give a web link) these administrative things (in english and german).

Registration at local foreign office-> First thing, There they will guide you more.
