Hi everybody,

I need some help in a "known" issue about Aufenthaltstitel change.
I came in Germany as GC in sept. 2001. I got an Aufenthalts without the name of my company on it.
This year I had to change my pass and after that I went to AA to get the Aufenthalt. paper in the new pass.
Of course the guy gave me one, but this time with the name of the company.
As I read on the forums this is not quite in correspondence with the new law.

Can sombedy help me with some clear Information about that? Would be my right to ask again a change for my visa? What do I need to argue that?

I have already searched the forum but I did not find what I am looking for...maybe is too "versteckt" ...

Search for BE or Beschäftigung erlaubt.
