Ofcourse they need to qualify for the Germany passport. But the question is - does Germany allow it for Indian citizens. regards

It is only for children born to at least one Indian parent in germany who is living for at least 8 years in germany. When the child becomes an adult she/he has to choose if she/he wants to keep German citizenship or not.
