Yes, this might sound a bit stupid: if one changes employer and city/state on that occasion, which ABH is in charge for a new AE? I mean, if I'm currently in Dusseldorf and new job/employer is in Bremen, to which ABH with the new contract should I go - D'dorf or Bremen?

Yes, I know that ABH in D'dorf bezirk is in charge for now because my current registered address is there. But the employer is in another bezirk and I'm moving there anyway...
