Hello,

I will reply as far as I know, goes without saying that nothing I write is 100% true.

1. As there is a 6 months allowance for leaving the country, I believe it won't be counted for NE. They can make exceptions for certain cases but not for your case.

2. I would say you are the perfect candidate. BS in engineering, head of department, 90k+ salary is definitely enough.

3. Sure, you can apply in 21 or 33 months depending on your German language skills. Permanent contract is not required but definitely helps.

So, no worries, you'll get a NE eventually. Feel free to check it with your ABH since they can give you first hand formal information.
