Hi All
I am on Blue card and we are expecting a baby soon. I want to send my wife back to India for delivery. Can I send her India for a period up to 1 year? Do I need any approval letter from the authorities?

Of course Sanjay. Anything more than 6 months required an approval form authorities.

Hello Sanjay,

Why are you sending her to India ? The health insurance benefits are great here in Germany and the doctors are good. I am curious to know ?

Everything is good here in Germany, but we will not have any support 2 months pre and post delivery. Also, I have a 18 months baby boy. It will be difficult to adjust. Thats the reason I want her to go to India for delivery.
