Hi deathnic

I also moved from my city. As far as I heard from the people from the Meldeamt in my new city, once you make the Anmeldung in the new home, this office send an internal note the your old town communicating this fact.

Resuming: I asked this same question than you to the right people and they told me it was not necessary to make Abmeldung from my old town.
