Life duration of "HochHaus" in Germany

Toggle
Hi All,

We r searching for an apartment and wondering how long we can use it. Reasonable priced apartments are somewhere built around 1970's

Any idea or links?

Have a nice long weekend.

You should consider the price for renovation and that may cost you a lot of money.

Hi,
I dont know in which city you are living but look for an apartment from Genossenschaft company. They are are well maintained and very reasonable. In some cases you might need a Berechtigungsschein which proves that your income is lower than some threshold but NOT always.
