We both me and my girlfriend are from Nepal. We are living here since last one year. Now we would like to do court marriage here in Germany. So my question is that, firstly is it possible to do court marriage here in Germany, for those who came from Nepal, and secondly if it is possible then what is the procedures to get a court marriage.

first.. both have to prove that you were single before marriage from Nepal.

in your case: Court/Civil marriage is possible but bureaucratically difficult at some extend. German authority asked you to submit non impediment certificate (from nepal), single affidavit certificate, Birth certificate and Passport-Visa (from both side)

You will not get any certificate like non impediment from Nepal (no authorisation for such kind of certificate)

My suggestion: Better, go to Denmark and do the civil marriage and get MC appositile (valid for abroad). And register in Germany.
