question about water heater

Hi.
I have a question about the electric water heater. Actually, there is a water heater (from STAWAG) present in my bathroom, which operates on electricity. Will I be charged for its current consumption along with my electricity bill? I have got conflicting answers to this.
Thanks.

If it is electric than it will naturally be in Rechnung for Strom.
But it should be clear that part for watter comes in water Rechnung
Do a test. Turn every electric machine in flat off (fridge also) and stop the watter.
Then let hot water flow and go to Strom-Zähler and to water Zähler. They will both be runing.

Yes, it was in the cellar. And to my dismay, the water heater also consumes electricity emoticon

Thanks!

"Germany does not give free water heating!!"

if Russia delivered the gas for free, Germany would not require money for water heating ;)

i always thought that "free" means no conditions :o

besides it must be mentioned that in Russia people pay not only for warm water, but for a cold water as well emoticon
