Hello, iam wanting to ask you if it is possible to aquire a "German spouse visa" with criminal convictions here in australia. i have some very recent criminal charges from drug possession to assault serious and common, wilful damage and stealing.my wife is a German citizen living in Germany with our two children and i need a German spouse visa, is it possible to obtain with criminal convictions, anybody have any information please help. I have callled embassys and they can not tell me anything.
