My brother is mently disable but not too much just 40%.
I am having forever visa and my wife has nationality.Would
it be possible for me to bring my brother in Germany for
his treatment ? But not on private checkup, i mean i am
not millionar earning just 40k/year.
Is there any way .......... i mean on the bases of public health or any other.....?(i am from Asia)

You cannot get free treatment for sure.
