De-registration after leaving Germany
Answer

After completing my Master from Germany, I got a job and applied for a Blue Card. But due to some circumstances, I had to leave the country suddenly, I couldn't do Abmeldung from Rathaus. Now it is three months from the date of departure. Kindly guide me, how can I do the abmeldung from Ausländerbehörde, because I need to close my contracts which needs Abmeldungbestätigung. Please help. I am from NonEU country.

Download, fill and scan abmeldung form and send to ABH with correct date. Tell them you could not do it at right time and ask to mail to our address

Thanks Cebit for your reply. I am now filling form, I have to know meaning in english:
1:Unterschrift einer person mit Betreunngsvollmacht

Is there any fee for late de-registration? would it be a problem to come back to Germany in future for business or job purpose?

Google translate would have helped you. However this is not applicable as you are doing Abmeldung without giving any power of attorney. There is no late fee. You would not face any problems in future if you do Abmeldung. They take you off from the system on the date mentioned in the Abmeldung. Take it easy.

They can fine you, but since you have already left Bund, they will not.

Till the last day in Germany, the purpose of your stay was the same as mentioned in your residence permit, then no problem at all.

Hello Cebit,
will that be a problem if I come for a job or business purpose in Germany in future due to late de-registration?
Should I inform Finanzamt as well for my departure or Rathaus or Ausländerbehörde will inform Finanzamt?
