Today i got a mail from my next employer .what should i do ?

My company is been taken over by new company so i got to relocate to new company .
I have a GC with no name of company in it .
My GC 5 year term ends in AUGUST.



Content of the mail is as follows.
Here are the main topics to attract your interest:

visit your local employment office (Arbeitsamt) immediately
- show your original employment contract
- ask them to assign your actual unlimited residence permit (unbefristete Aufenthaltserlaubnis) for the XXX AG into an unlimited residence permit for the YYY AG
visit your public authority responsible for

foreigners (Ausländeramt)
- your exceptional leave to remain (Duldung) expires this summer
- normally up to 6 weeks before the expiring date you apply for a new one
- please check, if you can prolongate the "Duldung" now and when the next expiring date will be
- check, how much time for your greencard validity is left and inform us as soon as possible



SO CAN I DIRECTLY APPLY FOR NE NOW .

it is hardly possible that you get NE now.
it is too early. you need 4 y and 10 months to do it. But you can try

better do a Antrag auf Aufhebung der Auflage with
Antrag auf Aufenthaltserlaubnisverlängerung for 5 years. You can try unbefristet also (NE) but they will probably give you 5 y.

With Aufhebung you get Auflage "Beschäftigung erlaubt" which is WP for all jobs and companies.

If you succeed than you can get NE in August a lot easier.

THIS WHOLE THING I DID NOT UNDERSTAND .IS IT 3 DIFFERENT VISA LIKE "Beschäftigung erlaubt","unbefristet","Antrag auf Aufenthaltserlaubnisverlängerung " .

your exceptional leave to remain (Duldung) expires this summer ..MEANS MY GC WILL END THIS SUMMER SO THEY ASKING ME TO DO SOME THING SO THAT MY STATUS REMAINS ACTIVE AFTER AUGUST WHEN MY GC END .

Hi,

in your case it is quite easy. Tell your employer that you will get the Niederlassungserlaubnis after 5 years, without any restrictions, but that you can apply for that only 3 month in advance. This will be in May.

If your employer does not believe you, he can call me.
